WTF is this?
Días de Bosque is simply a gathering of friends, family, and people we’ve met along the way — old friends and new ones.
Once a year we meet in the forest to spend a few days together. People come from different parts of the world, but the idea is always the same: good company, music, good food, beers, fun, nature and sharing time together.
This year, Días de Bosque will take place from May 1st to May 3rd.
There is a fixed contribution that covers all the shared costs of the event: food, beer, soft drinks, water, ice, electricity generator, sound equipment and everything else needed to make the gathering happen.
The total contribution will be around 120€ per person, depending on the final shared costs.
To confirm your spot, we ask for a 50€ deposit in advance.
After the gathering, once all expenses have been put together, the remaining amount will be adjusted and settled accordingly.
Everything is shared transparently, and you’ll only pay your fair part of what things actually cost.
Nobody is making money from this event and there is no business involved.
Food is already taken care of. We’re lucky to have several cooks among the people attending, so meals are organized and prepared together. Just leave that part in our hands and don’t worry about it.
NOTES:
For the production of Días de Bosque, we’ve used materials, a van, kitchen equipment, and other resources from Can Pedro, the catering company where Edu works, which is part of a social project.
As they don’t charge us for using these resources, and as we do for every event, we make a small donation to support the project. In this case, the contribution will be 10% of the price per person.
Last year, the funds raised were used to produce professional photos of their new menu.
If you’d like to drink spirits or liquor, feel free to bring your own.
There is a designated camping area where you can set up your tent and stay during the event.
If you prefer, you’re also welcome to come with a camper van. There will be space nearby to park and stay comfortably.
We also have a small camping shower where you can freshen up during the gathering.
The toilets are dry toilets, built by us for last year’s edition of the event. Simple, functional and respectful with the natural environment.
It’s important to sign up so we can plan food and drinks properly, so we encourage you to register.
